You can listen to radio stations from all over the world here. What I do is I turn off my music in FUEL and listen to radio instead, cos the game is quite big and it gets boring listening to the same music over and over.

Fuel is pretty darn nice. The difficulty and AI is a little whack though. Yeah I agree the AI is dodgy, on Easy they beat you for most of the part and then at the very end, slow down to let you finish. I have it (that's the full game, not the demo), despite me having terrible performance (under 13 fps), it's a fun open-world driving game with the biggest area any game maker has ever designed.
