Making a trainer involves a lot of programming knownledge, I doubt you're able to do that by yourself and that's a really complex thing to anybody here explains to you. Even if I could, I also don't know anything about programming.
Also, you can't simply say you want to make a trainer. You need to know exacly what you want to enable in game considering it's limitations.
If you want to be a good programmer some day, you should apply in maths and in a few years investigate about some of the different programming languages like Java or C+.
