Man, don't you remember my PM sent to you? There I told you my opinion about the progress and possible release of some of those projects, and they're enough, and they're good info too.
Just have patience, doesn't help you post these things, and sometimes the authors doesn't neither reply to your question about when their projects will be done and released... You must understand that any thing takes its time to be made, and authors' real life is more important...
Replying... The Paris project by Alex27 is really big to be done by only one person, and since there's no more news of progress since long time, I guess that's almost in cancelling. Archipelago is in a good pogress, there are in-game screenshots showed, and so it's almost ready for the release; some problems there are with the original author contacting, but not being online anymore isn't really necessary, do credits is enough in this case. About Chicago, well, haven't you noticed the new topic by Carking1996? He's remaking it using objects converted from the MM1 one; the city look is still in contructing, there's to hope if it can be finished and will work well.
About those mods, the first one now looks to be cancelled because of no new ideas and so progress; instead, the second one is in a pretty slow progress, but sure it'll be done and released, most of the work has been done.
