Does anybody know a programm for tweaking cars for MM1

it's called google search like i told you before. oh and you have to get authors permission before you realese tweaked rides.

I don't believe that exist a program for tweaking MM1 cars. Programs for MM1 are very few. And if you search this sure you can't find something good.

i think you don't have to ask autor for tweaking his car as long as you don't post it somewhere.

You can tweak a car for a game only for your private use, and the MM2 Ultimate Tweaker tells this.
