Great in-game look for your dashboard, very good work.
Concerning that problem with the needles rotation, make sure to have no .mtx file with the "_dash" suffix in the Geometry folder, and then, adjust the dashboard elements through MM2 Dashboard Placer program, to get the exact working way and in-game look for the needles (but don't change the values in the fields in teal color).

Some big progress in my car: I discover what was going on with the dashboard! I was a bit idiot and I was made it all wrong, creating all the dash in Zmodeler and creating my own dash.asnode file. Well, I made it on Dashboard placer and I'm now positionating the stuff corectly to make a 16:9 dash. It's working really nice, the steering wheel and the needles are moving properly. Until the end of the weekend I think I have the dash ready, after that is just a few ajustments on the car and it will be ready to download! Screenshots of the dash only when all the stuff is in the right place.

I'm correct in assuming that this is a "police dragster" of sorts?

America faces a threat worse than ever before. Yesterday, George taxed our tea. Today, Obama taxes our freedom. Tomorrow, someone may tax our mortal lives. We must act now, to stop this threat. The Rebel Alliance begins here.

Well, in Mad Max movie, "Mad" Max Rockansky is a cop in the highway patrol of australia, in a kind of post apocalyptic world. The cops have regular Ford Falcon XB has police cars, with a special police paintjob and the iconic 2 spoilers on the car (one in the roof and one in the trunk). The V-8 Interceptor is a pursuit special, a custom Ford Falcon XB with a supercharged engine that burns nitrox (my model do not has N0S efect) and, like the movie says, 600 of horsepower (that I reproduced in my convertion). Acording to the storyline, it was built as a gift for Max, because he wanted to leave the highway patrol to have a life with his family, but he was the best driver on the patrol.I'm correct in assuming that this is a "police dragster" of sorts?
So, it's a bad*ss police car, but I don't think it's a dragster, because it's engine is not powerfull enough to it, and it don't has the most typical dragster stuff (roll bars, parachutes as brakes in the rear side...). I already say it, but I removed the police siren sounds that I put on my car before, so it's not a so police car in game.
btw you can read "MFP" on the licence plate and on the middle of the steering wheel, it means "Main Force Patrol".
There is a part of the movie where the Interceptor makes it's big appearance, enjoy it :
Edit: you will find a BIG mistake on my car after seeing this video: the mad max original car as the steering wheel on the right side, and mine is on the left side. The original Vice City model has it on the left side because GTA VC does not allow right side wheel cars, and it's possible to mirror the interiors, but it would mirror the interior textures, and I don't think al the work fixing it would compensate. But if you tell me that the car will looks better with right side steering wheel, I can fix it.

Not a police car in-game...then how about a unique "weird" horn kinda like the knight rider?

Great news guys! The dashboard is complete and fully playable! Like I said, it's a 16:9 dashboard, so you can see it in full screen in any resolution you choose, and it has working steering wheel, tachometer and speedometer. I did not included the damage needle or the gear indicators, because the damage needle looks unrealistic, and the gear indicator in the angle of the camera you couldn't see it, and that numbers the default cars have looks so stupid. Well, this is a screenshot I take during a test race (the opponents mod I got in Hot Pursuit 2 mod):
Some textures are modified from the default Mustang Fastback: the steering wheel , tachometer, speedometer and needles. I only did that because the textures looked better than the ones I made, and because after the modifications they look really nice in the car, I think.
I also fix some things on the dashboard texture since my last screenshots, like a little cut in the supercharger engine I made accidentally, and now the windows are darker.
With the dashboard done it's almost done, there are only 2 or 3 things that need to be changed, and I need to make the showroom picture. Also, I would like to make some dashboard night textures. Updates will come soon!
