Riva's French MM2 version is still up, I have the PM with the links.

I noticed that yesterday too. Only happens with the HUD though, dash view is fine.

There's a road in London, in Beta 1, on which when you drive, the traffic disappears. Angel released the beta too soon!

There are actually several roads and places in each city where that will happen. For example, the entire series of roads on the northeast part of SF that go by 4 different docks.
And I don't think the beta was released too soon... it's a beta, it will have glitches.

I thought Beta 1 was suppose to have that old Beta menu and have those 3 cars that were cut from the game, I noticed that i didnt see any of that

The blue menus were in the March 2000 beta, which was never released to anyone. This is also the case with the 59 caddy.
The moon rover was never in any beta, it's just a leftover testing vehicle. And the silver eagle was made between the time that beta 1 and 2 were released, as a fail-safe for the trailer version.

a thing that ive noticed in Beta 1 is that when u try to destroy an opponent or a cop car when there at the black smoke stage they never die
