I really don't know a truck or van with that kind of paintjob. But if you want you can create it for the Renault Trafic. You need its sample texture, its car ID file and the MM2CSC program. Download them here and here. Explore the site and read the included manuals to learn how to create your own paintjob. :D

I tried to use the skin editor yesterday, I can't get it to work.
Are there any other skin editors out there?

The MM2CSC is the best car painjobs editor out there. Seems to me that there are another old cars textures replacer.
If you use Windows Vista you must run the MM2CSC with the administrator rights: right click on mm2csc.exe file and choose the says "Run as administrator". Make sure that you've put the ID car file in the carsID program folder, and read the program manual to learn other.
