3ds to mm2 help needed

hello, maybe do you know already that mm2city tool kit ins't working on my pc. but i found an tool where idon't need the 3d section of the program: the 3ds to mm2 tool. so i am start to create an simple track to try it. when i open it in mm2city tool kit apears an message with that it is impossible to work with this file. any idea what i do wrong? (i think the names of the objects and textures).

The name of one, some, or all of the objects within the 3ds file are incorrect.
