I've done that now, and it works in game!
All I have to do now is the hood. (and the kitt in attack mode ofcourse )

I've also made some quick improvements on the MAN TGA. I made the rearlights at the top work, I made the lights shine on the ground and I made the front 4 middle lights work. as you can see here:

Maybe you should use the UV reset tool, then re-assign the UV mapping and fit the texture to all the plain object from the UV Mapper view.
