Oh, that's not how you normally enable lens flare. But if it really works, I never knew about that way to do itAnd that "lens flare" thing. I noticed it too! when the engine is smoking caused by damage. And if only the engine smoke effect and siren overlapp each other, causes those hexagonal light particles.

Yeah, it has lens flare in cops lights. To enable it, go to the 0,0,0 point in any map (to find it, if you look from down to up with V camera, there's an arrow in the exact point (in SF is in front of the initial pier)), turn on the sirens, and if look closely with the V cam, or any other I think, you'll see the lens flare

The lens flare, like other flares, isn't a PKG file.

Camera high or Climb up a building high ? Cuz the only 'high' I know how to get isn't MM2 relatedThe Lens Flare only appears at the up and down coordinates.
You can go very high and you still see the lens flare as i know.
So, it's rendered is it ? There's gotta be a way how it works, if not that . "Other flares" means there's more ?The lens flare, like other flares, isn't a PKG file.
Keanu Reeves chose the Red pill and started bending spoons. I chose ZModeler 1.07b and made my own Matrix.

It's rendered like any lens flare in any game ever. No model. Other flares means the ones on cop lights, headlights, etc.
