There are some interesting commandlines in this Game?

This is a list of the available commands in MM2:

So here are some that I know what they do:

-archive = run game unpacked
-blade = Force software rendering
-config = Redetect graphics
-nativevb = Use native vertex buffer
-nonativevb = Use emulated vertex buffer
-nohwtnl = No hardware TnL
-nan = Disable NAN signal. Whatever it is in the first place.
-ime = Dunno really but runs only the menu in software mode.

There are also a few more but they are multi-argument commands so I don't have a clue how they work:
-width
-height
-cdepth

I presume since there is only one cheat command in MM2 /blubber, this list of commands only works in Multiplayer?

These are command lines, not cheat codes. They are activated from batch scripts, etc.

blubber / flubber (beta2) are the only cheats in MM2.
