MM2 - player cars as traffic cars

I searched for the solution almost everywhere, but I couldn't find it.

What do I have to do, if I want to see for example a Ford Mustang as a traffic?

If what you want is just have the default game cars also as cities traffic just download and put this mod.

Read the Readme file in the archive for more info.

Sorry, I wrote it poorly. The Mustang was a bad example.
Okay, I try it again.

What do I have to do, if I want to see a DMC DeLorean (or any mod-cars) as a traffic car?

They have to be converted manually, traffic doesn't share the same coding as the opponents.

So, what you say is if it's possible change the traffic vehicles with those for the player including the downloaded ones. MM2 doesn't permit to do something similar easily, the vehicles need an extra manual work to be made as traffic vehicles replacement, but then they haven't to exceed a certain low amount of details, otherwise the game will become unplayable with traffic density set on.
To change the default traffic vehicles, just try the traffic mods available, to use one by one, of course.
