almost done, but i very hard to make the wheels...
here the pic...

As first model isn't bad, great work.
You could make the head and back lights glasses (maybe it's that "kaca lampu" hidden object). For the wheels I don't know, you could start with a simple cylinder and then modeling it to make the wheel profile; I think that most of the buses, the low polygons wheels has been modeled so.

I thought that "kaca lampu" are the lights glasses objects.
For the wheels, you can use those two pictures as texture, they're very good. Then, you have to get the tire tread texture. You can model them following the method explained in the Silent1Unknown's tutorial, making only a piece of them and then make rotated copies. Anyway is possible to make it editing a simple cylinder adding more polygons and creating just the wheel rim profile; the texture will do the rest.
In modeling there are many ways to model round objects...

okay, i will do the best...
i so hard to make the wheel, actually the rims...
i'm so confused before, i make the rims use cylinder tool...
many cylinder, and i use deattach and reattach method...
and, moved them until look like 3d rims...
huuff...
and now, this is my final update...
added: wheel, mud flaps, new paint job...
here the pic...
it's about 9374 poly's...
so, how about the wheel...???
is it good...???
and, how to make transparent glass...???
use image with alpha or something...???

You can actually make transparent windows just with Zmodeler. You just go into the material editor, make a new spot for a texture, make the color black, make it as transparent as you want, and then name it. You have to name it correctly though and I'm not sure what the name needs to be. It has to be the same name that it used by the pedestrians of mm2 to be colored.

Very nice wheels, great work on them. The texturing is good too, but you have to use a tread texture for the wheels tire. The whole bus has a good look.
For the transparent glass, I suggest to use 32 bit .tga textures with a gray alpha channel and a black or dark gray color.
