Do you mean the forum look? In past it was different, but I don't know how the forum looks.
You come from MM2C, and there a forum with the phpBB default page style (or something similar) could be better.
Unfortunately isn't possible to change the colors style from your profile settings, because here the forum is a part of the website; in fact with your forum account you can do other in the website, like uploading images in the MM2X Screenshots section.
