This is clearly another Korean made bus that's probably available only at Racers Club website. We know how's the situation with that website now, so it's not possible attempt to download it. Here's the screenshot gallery page, submitted by a Korean member.
Fiat 500 = Italian motorization. Franch88, MM2 eXtreme forum and website Administrator.
