Description
This is the first version of Pelly-Bank City. This city is not so big, but it's funny. It has got all what a good city needs, like breakable objects which glow in the dark, water, a skaterpark for your car, etc. There are two cars in the setup too: "IRTPanozNOS" and "Frida". IRTPanozNOS is a fun car and is very fast when you push the "space" button; made by CoBoss. Frida is a driving chicken and looks very stupid and is very slow. Have fun with the city and the cars!

I liked it,it had a good amount of space and buildings, and the ramp so to totally total things up, i think there should be a second one

The GTR-1 is very good!!:DSo,the score just 9, because Frida is not enough fast, and the city has a bug.:S
