Whats new?
- fixed few bugs
- textures for PSDL objects (it's off by default, you have to click
View/Use textures for PSDL and next
View/Reload textures )

- optimization in PKG exporter
- added map creating
- finished advanced props editor

- auto collapse vertexs in PSDL meshes
- creates lmap file for city
- faster drawing

- zoom for 3D view (Ctrl+T)
