Can somebody make a mode for blue-redlight?

Hello,
I apologize for my bad English. I'd like a mode where the flashing lights of police cars to be switched from blue-red light with sirens on, only the light, so that you can turn off a change, I and many others would be very grateful for that, for us the possibility, not to make ourself a mode. Off-> Red-Blue Light with siren-> red-bluelieght without siren-off
I'm hoping for an answer
