Chicago and Washington D.C. MM2 Tracks ---> Help Needed

My name is skeeball and I'm trying to make chicago and washigton d.c. tracks for midtown madness 2. I have all the roads in place, but my intersections, sidewalks and crosswalks don't come out right. In game, the buildings and roads always have gfx problems. I have tried to make faces and extend roads all into one road, but I always have incorrect geometry errors at 90 degree angles. I have looked at simple city tutorial, but it uses 3dsmax and I'm using Zmodeler. You can DL my 3ds starts at
