I just unlocked everything :D I put the mm2c cheat for unlocking everything in and then go to players and delete the player1.sav file or named something similar and it unlocks everything! EDIT By the way doing this means u cant change control settings, you have to stick with whats programmed. So bac...

Also one cheat :D doesnt unlock everything it only unlocks a few locked cars and loads more like jeep bike porsche and fireengine are still locked. I agree when I was in snow the beetle rear brake light was all white, is this an error or is it meant to look like snow instead? Personally i think its an error? has it been fixed?

Is the error with steering to do with tuning values yes?

So is it a tuning error then, so all cars have been exported correctly? As models are locked aren't they!
