MM2 : SF Buscity 5.120

I downloaded all the components of San Francisco Buscity 5.120 but Ihave a big problem: why doesn't he want? even by not putting
circulations, let us pietons and cops, that does not
function !!
can somebody it help me to solve this problem?
I want absolutely to test it but that does not go and one sends a
fatal error to me!!!
