cant open downloded mm2 file

ok.I downloaded a file at gamigo .de or something.the problem is when i open it wit winzip self extractor normal winzip or winzip 7.none of it works.it says not a valid file in normal winzip and an error has occured in winzip 7.any ideas :idea:
