Can anyone tell me how to contact the author of this item?

Hi everybody.

I'd like to contact Kpj and Riva from MM2 STC Team to have enquiry on the authorization of editing "The 2004 Renault Karosa Citybus 12m". I'm quite interested in this bus and would like to transform it into a localized version.
