It says environmental mod, but I don't find it in this website for download, not in MMA either.

I also wonder how is it possible to have that many opponents? Some of these would be cops or is it possible to have more than 8 opponents?

I have that mod, which isn't the best about visual look, and it's made of four .ar files.

As far as I know, in MM2, the adding of at least an 8th opponent works, but when it crosses the first checkpoint, the game crashes. That screenshot shows them all arranged on the starting grid, so before the race beginning, indeed.
