Hello Midtowners!
After a long time I started playing Midtown Madness again.
I remember for MM2 there was a mod that would make a road on the Oakland Bay Bridge. The road was entered through a tunnel in the underground car park in about the Northeast of San Francisco.
I can't remember the name of the mod...
I downloaded and tried several mods and had great fun, but still not found what I am looking for.

Are you talking about the hidden road to the bay bridge in this video?

To drive on that road, you need to install one of the MM2 Revisiteds, RV4 I think. At least that's what a number of the comments on that video say

The drivable Bay Bridge is a feature introduced by the old MM2 Revisited Final/V2 mod. It's also included as cut content in the latest version of the mod, MM2 Revisited V5, that's available here, and it's suggested to use only its .ar file (called ! !rv2_baybridge.ar) if you only want to have that drivable bridge in-game, without the rest of the mod features too.

Well there are limitations, like there isn't any traffic on the bridge and afaik it isn't connected to SOMA irl
