Anyone has this MM2 track? The complete deserted track. (Scroll) See this page. It has an incomplete list of some unavailable MM2 tracks and this is a list which has 7 lost MM1 maps and a MM1 race mod.

That's a track that was in making by e-cobra and, as far as I know, he neither finished it nor released a beta version of it.
I have all those add-on maps for MM2, like the description of some of them say. I've most of the MM1 ones, too.

Will you release them? And, what is this?

Uhm, it's hard to say which track is from that rocky texture detail... I would say that's a released one, though.
About publish those tracks, I'll provide the files to Matyii for a new section in his website.

It used to be available in MMArchive. I think I have it on my computer.

Where to get Zebratown?

Precisely, that's Korea City Mod, a mod for San Francisco that adds a lot of new models in it. There have been various versions of it, and the latest one is the 28. Get it from the author's website here; download the three files you can see named kc28.001, kc28.002 and kc28.exe, and finally run this last for the setup installer. Don't have other objects adding type mods for SF, otherwise there will be working conflicts.

I'm sure that that building it's present in Oceany 2 map.

Remember there was an old track of Hummersrock on MMArchive named 'Rossinator's Town'? It was a town with working traffic and Mini Coopers as cops.
I've found some here at MM2 DE. It includes some old maps and a bus city on page 1. By the way why isn't MM2 DE on the links page? It has some very old addons.

I have Rossinator's Town along with some other tracks by HummersRock. As said, I'll provide the files to Matyii for a new section in his website (or even in a new website dedicated to rare found releases).
