So, I think that the Circuit Within of London is particularly a race where you and the other cars that start along with you are doing checkpoint race. And those Minis there in the circuit is a totally different race happening at the same time.

By the way do those Minis complete the race or not?

Does anyone know? Are they hookmen?

Opponents obviously.

So do they finish without hitting all checkpoints?

They do few laps and then they stop before the finish line. But if you will push them thru the finish then it will say that they finished like on my picture.

This reminds me of the Beetle Blast-a-Thon race from MM1 when the Beetle opponents miss a checkpoint but still pass the race...
