Post your system specifications!

Hi everyone, I had this idea since a few days, and since there's no dedicated topic for this, I'd like to ask y'all about the PCs you have.
Post your specifications here and also how satisfied with it, or if you're considering an upgrade. :)

Here's mine:
Processor: Intel i5 3330 @ 3.00 GHz
Memory: 4 GB DDR3
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 210 (the worst thing in the system)
PSU: Some cheap ~200 watt
HDD: 500 GB
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I'd like to upgrade the PSU and GPU, get some Nvidia 900 series card someday. As of now, I can't play most modern games, <20 FPS is just not smooth even at minimum settings.

(specs of my latest pc, the conversation below is related to my old pc)

Mine's like the Honda Civic on a drag race, the Vtec won't get it anywhere near the supercharged 'stang but still quicker than the guy on a bicycle, right? :P

Manufacturer: HP
Processor: Intel Core i7 5500U 2.40ghz
GPU: Nvidia 840m
RAM: 4gb + 4gb of VRAM
System: x64, Windows 10 Home

Out of curiosity, MM2 runs on stable 40FPS on 1366x768, I can't get more because I'm also using MSAA x8 on it thanks to dgvoodoo.

Custom built multi-thousand dollar monster.

Motherboard: Asus Hero VII
CPU: Intel i7 4790k OC'd to 4.75 Ghz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 - Asus ACX 3.0 FTW
RAM: 32GB DDR3
PSU: 850w
Storage: 2.5 TB combined HDD and SSD space
OS: x64 Windows 7 & 10 dual booted

Needless to say, I can run anything at ultra settings. Sometimes even at 4k.

MM2 runs on avarage 13fps and races run 6-7fps so I'll just stick to cruising until I get a new pc
I just noticed this now - no wonder MM2 HD makes your game to lag, I'm not bashing you or anything but when you told me that I was like scratching my head, thinking what could be the problem when I tested it so much. Next time remind us your PC doesn't run this game the best. :P

Heres is my story: I used to have windows 7 mm2 would not install, then windows 10 came out so I upgraded and then my friend wanted me to try install mm2 so I did and it worked but not with dgvoodoo as a result I am getting low fps and trying to convince my dad to get a new pc.

Don't worry, you don't need to "justify" the performance of your pc running the game, it's completely fine and I actually played the game under the same frame rate or even lower when I fried my old laptop's GPU, and still managed to create about half the content featured on MM2 HD and the Ford GT conversion on it, so I guess that doesn't mean anything. :P

Anyways, why don't you use dgvoodoo? It's very simple to set up and makes an huge difference, if you enjoy to play the game why not spending 5 mins to do it? Or are you just using it as an excuse to make your dad buy you a new pc? XD

Which version did you used? I don't think playing a game under such framerate is very fun, though (again, own experience), so why not trying to fix it instead o torturing youself that way? :P

Here's my laptop's:
Manufacturer: MSI
Processor: Intel i7 5700HQ @ 2.70 GHz
Memory: 8 GB DDR3
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
HDD: 1 TB + 120GB SSD
OS: Windows 10 Professional 64-bit

I don't have access to my PC right now, but from the top of my head it's more or less the same, but with an Intel i5 in it. Pretty much the same, so no big advantage in one over the other :P

Also, like DB's, it's custom built, so no manufacturer :P

The AMD guy of this website

Motherboard: MSI MS-7693
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Precessor (3.766 GHz)
GPU: AMD R9 Radeon 280 - GIGABYTE
I hope this is exactly the same card i have.
RAM: 32 GB DDR3 = 32768 MB
PSU: 600w
Storage: 2 TB? (1981.8 GB)
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Resolution: 1920x1080@60Hz (I rarely use 3840x2160@30Hz but it's for fun)
Framerate: In MM2, 60 fps average is not possible with Max Graphics.
Note: It's unplayable on fullscreen, the screen resizes everytime because of dgVoodoo, so i always play on Windowed mode.

My Laptop (This is my own laptop, i always play with this.)

Manufacturer: Acer
Motherboard: Acer Aspire E5-521G
CPU: AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics (4 CPUs, 1.8 GHz)
GPU: AMD R5 Radeon M240 (I almost can't find info about this GPU, i think it doesn't even exist. LOL)
RAM: 6 GB = 6144 MB (5084 MB can be used)
PSU: 55944 mWh?
Storage: 1 TB? (931.5 GB)
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Resolution: 1366x768@60Hz
Framerate: In MM2, 60 fps average is not possible even with minimun graphics.

P.S: My father bought all this.

About these specs, i don't think to upgrade now, until a few years, my specs are excellent, so this will be a good GPU for years, except my laptop. :P

Damn, you have those amazing PCs and don't buy games? That would be like owning a Lamborghini and stealing gas for it. :P

I was talking about FXAN, our :pirata: over here.

Previously on MM2X...
Don't think i'm perfect, i have all that cool gaming stuff, but i get the Games by downloading them via Torrent. (Free)

Battlefield 4 to GTA V, but i'm only playing MM2, and some old GTA.
I'm not interested in playing the other games anyway. :P
Maybe i will play GTA V, but later, until i finish some older GTA. (I hope this will not take forever. duh)
