Why do haul trucks fly?

Hello.

Why do haul trucks like the Hitachi and Komatsu fly and get destroyed and sometimes go above the sky dome in MM2 if they hit shallow water?

Sounds like the BOUND elasticity has been set too high in the truck's VEHCARISM file.
