I just found a NFS World sequel/reboot called:
NFS Edge! It looks awesome, and here's an official trailer.
What do you think? It's being made by the devs of RayCity. NFS Edge is set in Redview County from NFS Rivals.
It's probably only going to be released in Asia, maybe they'll localize it.
