I think you should edit the TLIGHT_L object, it should be more red instead of orange(Keep the original taillights orange, just edit the TLIGHT_L)

Good work with the traffic version, and I agree with Sajmon, the light is too much yellow.

Actually it wasn't mapped to the damage texture and it's default by the game.
