What does REGIM Opcode unk 01 mean?

I was running Test Drive 5 in ePSXe with cheat codes running. During a race, the emulator crashed saying "REGIM Opcode unk 01 (Address of Error)". Does anyone knows what does it mean?

Looks like a system problem. Tried a newer/updated emulator drivers ? Maybe even hardware related, so, is your cd scratched or .iso read is corrupted at a particular point ? Yeah, try asking about this in those emulator forums.

Yeah, but the game only crash when some of the cheat codes are active and it may because of it. Disk image is 100% readable and not corrupted. I'll be signing up to emu forums and ask for it.
