I have a problem with Chicago and particularly its cops. I have tried some cops mods and moved in and out the files of game folder, but now, I cannot manage to use Chicago with cops even when my folder is empty of any kind of addon ar files except Chicago ar file.
How could I fix that?
I didn't try to modify Chicago's file content btw.

So in general, NONE of the cops work now in chicago ? Even though there's only the chicago.ar file ?
1) Add back the cpd.ar file from the main archive where you extracted the Chicago.ar file from.
2) Try removing all the exclamation marks from the Chicago.ar filename, leaving only cpd.ar with exclamation mark prefixes.
