MM2 Car Replacement Mod: High poly or Low poly?

I am thinking of making a mod for MM2 to replace all of the default cars with new ones, like Classic Madness did. I don't know whether to use High Poly models or Low Poly models. So I ask MM2X: What LOD would you like in an MM2 car replacement mod, High or Low?

Most of the community loves lower polygon models. :)

For a such idea of default game vehicles replacing mod, the using of low polygons models is the best thing, also for final .ar file size issues. The hardest part is find the vehicles that fit each replaced vehicle.

I've tried this before and it seems that once you get to around ten high poly cars, the game crashes, just as if they were addon cars. I've done this with higher poly Forza and Real Racing cars and have gotten the same result both times. I don't know how it would work with low poly models, but I would assume it would work better. Plus Low-poly models also look more authentic, looking at the games age ;)

That looks like a decent model. Good polygon count there. I'm going to guess less than 1500 tris.

That's just cuz the forza version of the beetle was slightly different and looked weird anyway

Some Forza LOD 3 models do have some parts misplace a little bit which could be fixed easily. :)

Splendid start 8). Is that a vertices connecting issue in the front ? And the 'nostalgia freak' part of me would like to see the cars' pics with the default MM2 reflection :).
