Water mod

I noticed that this site doens't have the drive on water mod. I need some help, does anyone know where I can get it (I searched all over google and didn't find anything).

I also have been looking for this patch,Can anybody either send it to me or link me to where it's hiding?

i never added it on mm2x because it's a stupid mod, who needs to race with a car on the water? use it on the streets without traffic...
