Aren't we getting more New York Races
There are less races in nyc. Are there any patch like version 1.3 of this map. since 1.2 was out at 2008. First of all, is the next version being created?

Actually I released a 1.2.1 NYC one year ago (not in a very visible way though), in this topic. It contains 5 new races: 4 Blitz and 1 Checkpoint. I didn't make any more circuit/checkpoint races because MM2's AI is too stupid, and the races would not have been very enjoyable.
