How to make AI opponents resurrect in cruise mode?

Ok, I know in circuit races the opponents revives like you for 5 seconds now in cruise mode I noticed when they are wrecked, they will stay damaged out unlike you will revive. Is it possible for them to resurrect in this mode?

Not possible unless hacked. The rule of circuit race don't apply on cruise mode.

Ok, btw I use cheat engine to avoid the 3 cops chase limit. Maybe its possible to hack it change the value of the gamerule from 0 to 1 something like that, and I don't know where is it. XD :lol:
