Diatosta, check the image in your post. For some reason it makes Chrome give an error message, and Firefox takes a lot loading the page and in the end the image appears as a corrupt file icon.

Bummer that the release date is pushed back, but I guess it is better than releasing a poorly finished version. Interesting deal they have now though

I still want Test Drive 6. And, I still want Grand Theft Auto III and IV.
Too bad I didn't get the PC bundle (GTA V PC edition + your choice of any R* game like GTA III or GTA IV)
Oh well. At least there is some GTA to MM2 conversions you can download! Like the GTA 3 Kuruma.

I had Test Drive 6. I loved the game a ton. One of my favorites behind MM.

You know what really sucks about Shift 2 Unleashed? Some cars like the Chevrolet Corvette C6.R GT1 are UV mapped in a way that if a livery is applied to the body, it comes out as one solid colour. It's really annoying to have four awesome liveries wasted for a badass GT1 car.

GTA V delayed for PC again. I guess it'll be released when Half Life 2 Ep3 is.

After 5 years online, Need for Speed World will be shut down in July. Official announcement here: https://world.needforspeed.com/news/article/52361
To be honest I was already expecting this to happen for some time, it was a usual subject on this game's community for about a year, and recently EA announced the end of Battlefield Heroes too.
They point as reason to the end of this game the fact it doesn'ty have the same standard of the actual NFS games. I think it never had in fact, if we compare NFSW with NFS Most Wanted, for exemple, you notice that the physics and features of the last one are better than World, and things like rain, 1st person view or more realistic crashes would be awesome. EA could easily get these stuff from their games, but seems they simply prefer quitting instead of updating their game.
Apart all the issues with the hackers this game had, it was a great free multiplayer game I'll surely miss. It's probably the game I played the most, and also the only online game I'm actually good. I had a lot of fun playing NFSW.
Anyways players can still enjoy the game for a few months. I wonder if EA let people download the actual game files (the ones they have on their servers) to allow people to create private servers. I really doubt this to happen, but would be awesome.
