MM2 lags even on High Peformance mode?

These are my laptop specs:

Even when I switch MM2 to high peformance mode (makes it use the Radeon graphics card) it still lags... This is very annoying!

I've also downgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit so I don't see what the problem is...

Turn Cloud Shadows to low.

Tried that. I guess MM2 can't recognize my high peformance card
