How do you get Forza Studio 4.1 to work?

How do you get Forza Studio 4.1 to work?

Hi, I'm going to rip from Forza Horizon using Forza studio 4.1, but there is a problem; when I click on the application a window pops up 5 seconds later saying that it had stopped working. But for some reason I still get the error even though .Net Framework 4.5 and Xna Framework 3.1. The website said that at least .Net 2.0 or higher was required.

It's the XNA version, Dunno which one you need though
