Help! I got a Chinese program

I can't get it off! The writing's name in Chinese or something and I picked it up after installing AnyCAD! I really need help because I think it could be dangerous. I really don't want to lose my PC

Try to figure out if you can normally uninstall it, but before, do a scan of its file with an anti-virus program and with an anti-malware program (like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware). I assume that you're running an anti-virus program, and it had to suddenly intercept the file when read.
Chinese characters can't work in the title, maybe they can in the post text.

Oh thank god I fixed it! I took a screenshot of the program's menu and uploaded it to google images and found out a website to uninstall the program. But the program was from ijinishan.com

Yeah, no kidding! I've been through like over half a dozen machines, literally. And some of them I still don't know what attacked them.
