My cop car for my mod was glitchy, too, but for the player (The front wheels wouldn't stay in the wheel wells and were instead jammed where the driver's feet would be; for AI cop cars it worked fine). I think you might just want to re-convert it because that's what I'm thinking of doing with mine.
