Model file format converting

Hi, can anyone help me convert this ASYM Desane car to .obj please. It because it's in .max and 3dsmax doesn't work on my computer.

I can do it, but I can't guarantee it'll come out right. I've converted a couple of .max files, but they keep coming out odd. Might just be an error in the models. Either way, I'll give it a shot. How do you want me to give it to you? E-mail? Dropbox?
Edit: On second though, its not opening. Could be corrupted?

3DSMax 9 is yeaarrs old. Unless you mean 3DSMax 2009. 3DSMax 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 can open a file from MAX 2009.
