ok, I'm rather new to 3d modelling, so my cars are most likely going to be strange machines like a motorized pile of bricks that can smash through traffic, or some odd lttle computer on wheels with the BSoD on it's screen. hope to have something out soon-ish!

also, if you think I'm just not worth dowloading from, please vote whether or not I'll be wasting my time making vehicles in the poll.

I did weird stuff like that when I first started 3D modeling. The first "car" I made and put into the game, was a box with question marks on it. xD I also made in-game objects, like the duck, drivable.

If 3D modeling is something you want to do and you end up enjoy doing it, then it's not a waste, whether or not anyone likes what you make.

Yes you should. Such fancy 'vehicles' in game are always fun to drive when one gets bored with usual cars, IMO.

this is great! I already have a minecraft minecart planned! It will have steve riding it, torches for headlights and redstone torch taillights. I'm still trying to decide on how fast it will be; either slow 'cuz it's a minecart, or capable of around 300 mph.

You're the modeler, its your call. I myself stick to actual vehicles, but there are plenty who enjoy driving computers, brick piles, etc

when did I say anything about a pile? and if I end up liking modeling enough, expect a mazda furai, ferrari dino, fiat dino, and more

No, thats not what I meant. I was just using that as an example that some people like driving cars that don't look like typical cars.
