I don't mean to be pedantic, but a dictionary definition does not refer to sun :S
Technically you could include any of that
(I just don't think rain should be excluded)
It says "the warmest season of the year". Where'd you think the warmth comes from?

Stage 2: Vote Now!
There are a lot of entries for both months and would be useless to post links to every pic here. So this is what I suggest:
1. Open Notepad, or on paper, write down May and June.
2. Open following pages that contain all screenshots in 4 different tabs:
PG 15 |
PG 16 |
PG 17 |
PG 18
3. Go through the 4 pages quickly to decide your May vote first and write it down on paper or Notepad (next to where you wrote May).
4. Repeat step 3 for June vote.
5. Post your votes like this:
As usual, vote here or via PM. The last day to vote is June 5, 2014.
May the best screenshots win!
P.S. Also suggest themes for July.

@ Franch: I planned to flip the pattern in the middle of the year, so that the last month is free theme, due to short duration of the contest in December.
