Is there any way to get the Need for Speed Underground 2 sounds to use in Midtown Madness 2?

Well, if you can extract them from NFS, I guess you can.

The sounds are GIN files

Shouldn't be possible get audio waves directly from those files. Exists a music extractor, to get the soundtrack of the game, but surely it doesn't work with the other audio of the game. An easier solution is record them in-game, risking to get a not good result.
