You can get this,After clicking the link,press Kc28.001,Kc28.002 and kc28.exe,after downloading install it,then click the middle button,then click the left button and middle button,Don't install it to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Midtown Madness 2,install it to C:\Program Files\Midtown Madness 2 instead,then click the middle button and wait,then press the Right button and there you go.
