It's unused file which is indeed a "beta" version of the "new" SF.

Why not check out the actual beta?

I went on that hypertony website and found a early beta image of that 1959 caddie:

Effectively, if you want MM2 betas' stuff, download the betas, and if you know a bit of game modding, you can provide for them by yourself. However, as already said, MM2 Revisited V5 mod and V5.1 patch already provides the best and worth stuff (unused cars, unused paintjobs, test cities and various objects) taken from the beta 1 of the game (the beta 2 is almost similar to the final version).
I remember that very old website. Those screenshots are the official ones published by Microsoft, and some of them are already well known. They're indeed taken from the beta 1 version of the game (probably), where's present the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado, scrapped out in the final release.
