The episode isn't entire, and dunno, there can be a suspect that's all built on the purpose of the TV show. Here the most pathetic scenes... Ok give a name to the own car, something pretty usual in the US, as seems, but do also all that isn't humanly acceptable...

It's funny how I see so many people here that just say "I wish somebody would kill him" "He's messed" when it's really about what happened during the events leading to this, I do agree with the fact that "he needs mental treatment", applies to both of them, they've grown up thinking actual love is with cars, and really need help to be taught what is proper, not to be beaten or killed :/

Hey, as long as he isn't harming anyone, doing this in public, etc, who cares.

Yeah, maybe he seek treatment, but it's probably not likely that he can get rid of it. Sexual attraction doesn't seem like something you can change, at least not with our current technology. So when it comes to treatment, it's more about accepting yourself, not harming others, etc.
