Extracting PSDL Blocks

How can I extract a PSDL Block into a PKG File? Is that even possible? :roll:

For what purpose can this thing be necessary? In a way it's possible, but the final result won't be worth the long procedure work that there's behind this. You won't get the exact look of the PSDL block of, for example, an intersection: the model won't look the same and there isn't the texture mapping.
